At Adaptive Tactics [AT] Corporation (AI-Corp), we are committed to giving you quality service. As part of that commitment, we gather information about customers, users of our website, adaptiveintelligence.us (the “Site”), social media sites, and other services, as well as visitors so we can better serve you. AI-Corp recognizes that the privacy and security of personal information is important to you. Because it is also important to us, we have implemented this Privacy Policy to tell you (1) what information we collect; (2) how we use that information; (3) with whom we may share it; (4) the choices you can make about how we collect, use, and share your information; and (5) how you can access our information about you.

    The Site is for a general audience and is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age without permission from their parent or legal guardian. AI-Corp does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe your child has disclosed personally identifiable information please contact us and we will work to delete that information.

  5. Steps we take to Protect Personal Data

    AI-Corp works to use reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal information. We restrict the number of employees who have access to certain personal information. Employees who violate our privacy and security policies are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. We also work to use reasonable safeguards and apply proven cryptography techniques to protect your information in electronic format. However, we cannot ensure or guaranty the security of your information, so any information you provide to us is done so at your own risk.

    The Site is hosted in and managed from the United States. If you are a user located outside the United States, you understand and consent to having any personal information processed in the United States.     Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, comments are the sole responsibility of the individual commenters. AI-Corp reserves the right to delete any comments that include hate speech, libel, plagiarism, threats, personal attacks or off-topic assertions, and inappropriate language in order to protect the integrity of the site and its users. We do not edit comments for content.

  9. Updates to Privacy Policy

    This privacy policy supersedes all others posted on this site. AI-Corp may modify this Privacy Policy over time, so please check the effective date to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site.
